For this school project, the artist designed a set of infographics aimed at making complex data more accessible and visually engaging. The infographics adhered to the branding guidelines of the Condominium Owners Forum Society of Alberta (COF), ensuring the graphics were cohesive and aligned with the organization’s visual identity.

The infographics covered the following topics: Why Audited Financial Statements Are Important, Reserve Fund Study, Report, and Plan, and Unit Factor. 

To enhance accessibility, the artist incorporated a QR code linking to the reference material, allowing readers to easily explore further details. This feature was included in consultation with the COF, who confirmed that the infographics would be distributed both digitally and in print. For digital readers, the name of the material was also included for easy reference.
